Guys,
i contacted Lelong yesterday asking for the progress,
Their staff already on a meeting about the case.

From what i understood, they gathering all the claim form from us and calculated the amount.
They also trying to reach Qiling to settle this case smoothly.

Lelong only the man-in-the middle for us to trade online. They only offers their service.
But dont u think that its a glad that Lelong also willing to bear the lost due to the d*** seller?
For sure they also have their policy.
The one that we should AIM is Qiling. He spoilted the service offered by Lelong.
Qiling is the one that should REFUND us.


This is my opinion. You may have you own opinion.
I will update if i have any information from Lelong.

but, i'm still unhappy with the inefficiency of lelong.
i think lelong should provide more assistance to us, correct me if i'm wrong...

we all doubt about the lelong efficiency.
maybe their staffs are not enough to handle a lot of seller and buyer.
We only handle ourself, but Lelong need to handle about thousand of users.
Lets give them a little time.

Hope this experience help us to be more cautious next time.

I bid a phone from Qiling too. RM801 HTC Droid Incredible 2. i'm happy to receive the item after 15 days of waiting, it was in a good condition.. but i think i'm one of the luckiest among u all... to bad to hear that, u all cannot get the item..

RM178,000.00+ cash transfer is not easy, issue cheque ? Who Signed cheque book ? and where to ? But defendant is QiLing, who is in ROC named they have to pay all.
Maybe “Interbase Resources Sdn.Bhd (465435-U) Lelong” and Woon Kian Fatt will take a legal action to “Fantastic Lifestyle”, Beh khay mee sure to be defendant.
at moment Tan Kean Beng is not in Fantastic Lifestyle ROC.
Tan Kean Beng chased by police and loan shark, most of money go to loan shark. running like a bicycle business.

Lelong BPP system, I think will pay to some buyers otherwise lost confidence in Lelong and lost name value in IT market, it is negative value for Lelong company Appraised value.

Before he missing, he offered me several items to clear stock for refunding purposes..1 item missing..make me losing another RM900..thats amount i believe he used to refund the buyers RM50..RM50..RM100..RM100..

How do Tan open the Fantastic lifestyle Maybank account without their presence to sign the documents? How do transfer the money out of the account? If by cheque, who is the signatory? i believe they are belonging to the same gang.

both beh and woon can said Tan is misused their IC...did u think bank officer are stupid and blind..... Tan can open Fantastic Lifestyle bank a/c with their IC without them go to sign the form for opening bank a/c..........

they think we all are stupid.........

Moreover, the bank need their thumb print scanned for the biometric database....which means they should be present OR Qiling (Tan the con-man) have "bank insider" to finalized his dirty works.

Fantastic Lifestyle (IP0286755-X), that given/ use in the lelong is registered under: Kee Moh Chai and Beh Khay Mee but Fantastic Lifestyle Dot Com (002025055-P), registered under TKB is for banking transaction purpose. I think that the fastastic lifestyle that used at lelong didnt open bank account but he used the bank account that registered under his name.
