Mean unbilled statement one not counted into the point until we get the new statement?

That's 3% is crazy.... How did you find that out ?

I had a similar experience with their TRUE debit card. Even though I activated the card, I cannot use it for online transactions at all. My sister on the other hand, had problems using the TRUE credit card for online transactions. She called CS and was told maybe the problem was with the merchant side and asked her to try another merchant. She asked if there is anything else she needs to do to enable online transactions and was told nothing else is necessary. She tried another merchant the next day & still the same problem. She called CS again & later found out that the problem was because they did not link her hp no. so she cannot receive the OTP for online transactions.

She applied for 1 principal & 1 supp card. She only received the principal card after waiting for a very long time. She called up CS to enquire about the supp card and was told that the card status was cancelled and automatically reapplied. Status was pending when she last called. The CS had no idea what happened. Until today, no news about the supp card. 

I also had to wait very long for them to send me the ATM PIN no. after receiving the debit card a long time ago. I only managed to get it after complaining a few times through calls & email to their CS.

The amount you convert to 6 mth 0% does not count towards the RM1600 for RM688 cash back and RM150 cash back. Read the TnC.
