Seremban 2 sri carcosa? Now is the price is near to rm2mil. Already expensive whoa...why buyung it now? Give me 10 reasons to buy seremban 2 haha.....sri carcosa i need 50 reasons to justify the price tag. Unless wtf can foresee the future with crystal ball, i dont know wats gd in seremban 2...or even make me think about it as klangvalley still have plenty developments r buyable. Surely all property oneday ll bcome expensive even perlis lol but the question is when. Seremban 2, tqvm.

People is waiting for the connection of mr2 with Latar. Also MR2 is really ulu...like dengkil. It is hard to convince ppls to buy dengkil too (but easier to buy ciber). Having said that, you ll never know wat happen in few yrs time. If Latar not happen, Rawang new town of anggun still there to leverage and the upgrade of dual carriage way hopefully ll b done all te way from anggun city to mr site sooner than later. MR2 i think has limited down side but much higher up side than elmina in term of roi. Wats more to go down from net 408k link with gng, clubhouse, linear park, lake outside etc? Once tan n tan together with consortium grp of mayland to start their projs there, it ll lure more attention. I think those are waiting is ok but sure to buy in future mean to get less roi. Risk appetite issue here.

Ya..u wont feel much on 5ft lenght more but 2ft width ll make a lot of different. Always prefer wider house.

common road beside end lot? If two lanes ok. If one lane i dont think so le.

Ag3 location surely better than mr1 n 2 but so does the price...near to 50pc more than mr2.
