I think Mahsing also think that it's no make sense to use the orange color door. However, i hope that not only the show unit door replaced but it's for every house there... Hope can get the clarification during visiting the show unit ...

Thanks cescmy for photo sharing, we really appreciated. At least now we know that the door confirm no painted in orange color. =). However, i believe everyone here are waiting to see the show unit... hehe... =)

Phase 2 ugly because they are using balustrade class in balcony
For me i will change to temper glass (Transparent glass) in balcony... it will look more class... This is the first mahsing project i saw the balustrade class ... =( =(
However, during i bought that time the design already look like this so no choice...

I'm wondering why mahsing suddenly built the phase 3 show unit? In the layout, we should have 6 show unit in phase 2..

The only reason i think is phase 3 still got a lot unit not able to sell so that Mahsing try to built the show unit for phase 3 in order to get more buyers.
In future, this show unit will take out de.... because that land is for phase 2 unit... =)

When i bought the house in phase 2, the sales operator told me that
Phase 2 and phase 3 got it own guard house.. for phase 2 guard house, it's located near the show unit..and that is the reason why a lot people bought the house near there....Please refer to attachment,

In center/middle of phase 2 and phase3, it's garden and phase 2 and phase 3 can pass by there......

It's confirm that the 6 unit there is phase 2 (dark blue color in attachment photo).... If Mahsing built the phase3 show unit there (behind the phase2 show unit).. In my opinion, they will remove it later else it will look like very cute since that land is for phase 2....and design are differently.. However, we can confirm this later with Mahsing ... =)


However, i agree that the guard house are small there.... Hope that it's proper guarded and gated and security is Okay....

However, we really appreciated someone post the latest sales status in forum..
Meantime, some unit put already sold but it can actually MS reserve it and sell later ... on other hand, let buyers got confidence since got some unit already been sold. (my 2 cents opinion only)

Koigh, i agreed, i got went to Kemuning utama before.. This type of guarded house can easily control the IN and OUT of vehicle.
Meanwhile, i think not that expensive if MS want to built this kind of guarded house.. more grand and luxury.

Now i also wondering G&G concept in MS whether is OK or not? Please do refer to other competitor rawang project... (example: emerald west).. they got proper and reasonable guarded house..

M-residence Guarded house just like simply built a place there and simply let customer accept it.. (or force to accept it) and then during sales promote and tell customer.. "WE GOT PROPER GUARD HOUSE" ... haha....

However, we should refer back to our S&P.. Phase 2 and Phase 3 are share together and i believe this kind of guarded house not really secure.... SPOIL THEIR OWN IMAGE... hahaha.....i agree the word "chikaiguardhouse"...

i dun think MS cannot built a proper guarded house in center and make a "IN" and "OUT" for this... make sure it's reasonable... I dun think it will cost it a lot money...

Mahsing can have luxury Main entrance and facility but cannot built a reasonable guarded house.. i believe security is MUST AND MOST important for the residence there...

Let say the Semi-D also built the similar guard house (chikaiguardhouse)... do you think got people want to put their money to live in this place?????? later every week got robe case happen

Really XXXX them... DOOR ALSO DARE TO PUT ORANGE COLOR LAST TIME... haih....

My personal opinion, small guard house in each phase also need at least "IN" and "OUT" and touch card access... this guard house look like not reasonable.. Meanwhile, for grand entrance guard house. will it use touch card??????

I think grand entrance guard house no security check whether you are residence or not ...... it mean public user/stranger can go in the main entrance guard house... For small guard house .. SECURE???? you all can imagine...

I got ask to sales person before i bought.. however, he tell me... same like Mahsing project in bandar Kinrara... proper guard house.. and gated also same.... !!!
I think next time we should record down their voice and etc...

A: -->Please do remember, first 2 year M-Residence maintenance are maintain by Mahsing instead of our residence... what mean do it our own effort to have that kind of treatment? is it push back the responsible to resident? This word look like the irresponsible developer tell the buyers..... Just imagine.. if you bought a SEMI-D there.. but that place are no secure... do you dare to live there? everynight got robbery... HAIZ.....

RM 600k ++ above to bought this kind of unsecure project house.. one word can describe my feeling now..... "NO WORTH"
