Most rim brand you mentioned I think from Taiwan, just make sure the rims is lightweight otherwise you will suffer lost of power especially at low gear. You can put 195/50/15 or 185/55/15(this size not many choices0, if put 195/55/15 may be rear tyre 'kena' body if full load.

If prefer Yokohama can go CDrive 2, good & comfort. If want cheap/budget can try Neuton NT8000/5000.

could that happen? hmm.gif
i saw someone's myvi here at the office (old SE Myvi) capable using 205/40 achilles tyre. i don't remember the rim size though. but it's quite big, maybe 17 or 18. (i'm jealous myvi small2 car can use tyres big2 one tongue.gif)
it's way bigger than 195/50. my friend myvi using 195/50/15 on toyo proxes t1r still have a lot of space and no problem when full load, as we all have 'plump' body, riding in his car

As I stated 195/50/15 & 185/55/15 will give no problem only 195/55/15 if full load may be get problem. It happended to me. Anyway Myvi can fit maximum with 205/40/17, my two ladies staff ask theirs husband used it to theirs myvi (look nice) but suffer with comfort. One of them changed it back to 15" rims, she said using 17" rim her car feel like no spring & no power plus high fuel comsumption.

I think you should try it first with 17" rims & give us the feedback. icon_idea.gif

the reason i'm jealous is bcoz my small car isn't a Myvi tongue.gif
can only use 165 width, even 175 'sangkut' already... sad.gif

too much hollow space from tires to fender, but what to do.i refuse to decrease height since just the current stock height may clash with road bumps sometime dry.gif

Refer : http://www.lelong.com.my/goodyear-eagle-f1...3-03-Sale-P.htm

Recommended the tyre model not the shop. Most major shop selling this tyre at reasonable price, better call first ask for the price & stock. thumbup.gif

Neuton NT8000 good budget tyre, consider cheap price & good performance, not many tyre in this category. I heard latest Achilles ATR Sport 2 also good & cheap.
For maximum satisfaction still Goodyear Asymmetric 2 or Continental CSC3/5 are among the best but the price double/triple from Neuton NT8000. rclxub.gif

Just to share with you for the latest price update which I found when I was shopping for my set of 18" tyres last week. All the prices are from Perkhidmatan Tayar Hin Leong located in Jalan Kapar, Klang:-

Size: 225/40/18:
1) Toyo C1S : RM 600 each
2) Michelin PS3 : RM 650 each
3) Neuton NT3000 (Made in Indonesia) : RM 280 each
4) Roadstone (Nexen) N3000 (Made in Korea) : RM 385 each
5) Nankang Ultra II (Made in Taiwan) : RM 360 each
6) Yokohama A.Drive R1 (Made in Philippines) : RM 410 each
7) Yokohama S.Drive (Made in Japan) : RM 550 each
8) Achilles ATR Sport 2 (Indonesia) : RM 320 each

Hope that this will serve as a price guide for those of u guys hunting for a set of 18" rubbers. I'll update on 19" & 20" by end of this weekend as I'm going to replace new set of rubbers for my other rides. wink.gif
