For me I'm using Kernel2.6.32.9-EA#47.zip. No issue so far. I like the "power on using green button" function.

it will cost u a lot when on the data enable, so dont freak out when u received ur celcom bill.. unless u use bband or mobile internet plan..

@harriss
i m sorry but recommendation kernel from me really not encouraging, its not like i m such a greedy, but if u found ur own suitable kernel, just use that one, As for z71 or mi300,kernel from edgar or 2.6.32.9 is almost perfect for common use. Others maybe can enhance some performance but it will make ur fone really not stable or maybe brick ur fone, as for me, i just using ubuntu #2 kernel coz i really focus on using wifi. I dont really care bout orientation,camera,sensor or anything related on that,and also playing games.bout battery,just bought another one and charge both fully and placed it on ur wallet.so battery problem doesnt occur on me.

as about my report on flashing all those kernel, i just want to help angelictears, thats all.

Added on November 22, 2011, 1:05 pmbout da mms problem,just delete da access point of 3g inside mobile network and u can turn on ur mms setting wihout worrying bout data automatically been transfer to ur fone 24-7,but be sure to save the preference inside it first coz maybe u wanna use it later. As for me,also using postpaid coz no pprepaid available here,when u wanna use mms,just on da data transfer for a while and send it,then turn it off,mms will validate for 24 hour so whose receiving it can turn on their data transfer option within that time to download.or why not u use whatapps?but wifi needed.

i think u lost your IMEI by flashing direct from Phantom rom. u need to flash back to stock rom 2.1 then flash again to GAIA.

@ terry

Well so far I am concentrating on showcasing my project to public this Saturday so all project are on halt till next week. Although I am working on a patch for gaia, including several fixes such as fixed baterry drain when there's no service/signal. Other then that I'm currently migrating to my new workstation for most of my project including ics and miui.
Ics though are not expected till january as the current source code for ics is still raw fot mdpi devices.

@ Hungry_Wolf
Try to charge it a bit at least for 5 minutes, and see if it can turn on. If not try to remove the battery and plug in the charger and turn it on, if it still wont turn on then it might be hardware related.
