QUOTE(urakei @ Sep 16 2012, 04:52 PM) as for the adobe flash, the support is supposed to be discontinued from Jellybean however i'm not able to play flash videos from web now. any suggestions on how to resolve this is highly appreciated. Other than that this upgrade is worth it... i can feel the improvements in performance and animations. Chrome seems to still work. |

Hey guys I need some help here
So my tab is stuck in a boot loop again my tab is rooted with the Austrian ICS the only way I know to solve this boot loop is by doing a factory reset....which I hopefully could avoid cause i have like 12gb+ of data inside and i did not backup So I was thinking that maybe reflash could solve the problem. Is there anyway or guide to reflash it??? |

QUOTE(suntzulee @ Sep 9 2012, 12:16 PM) Still no one can tell the difference btwn autria rom & malaysia rom? Pls advise shud i flash from austria to malaysia. Hello I found the battery life of Austrian no good as it doesn't last. Just flashed this morning to malaysian firmware via odin v 1.85 no problems. Apps still there. Plus and I did it this morning before rushing of to work, it was optimising the apps as I was driving off. So far, was using it on standy till 3 pm was 95%, then some surfing and a few phone calls and using waze with GPS for traffic. Now home, 7.42 pm only 67%.So far battery life for malaysian seems better than Austrian firmware Anybody else has feedback on battery life ? Added on September 19, 2012, 7:47 pm QUOTE(UnrequitedC @ Sep 11 2012, 05:01 PM) I Have a question. Does Galaxy tab accepts normal phone sim card and can be used as primary phone? QUOTE(camel90 @ Sep 18 2012, 10:27 PM) That cheap ? is that from Samsung ? the price is for parts only.Well, he quoted me the price for everything. I don't know what is LCD or Digitizer. The way he explained it to me it's including everything the whole screen+the black thingy around it. hmm. if RM500++ it kinda make sense the way you put it. sure they quoted the whole unit and labor. LCD is the display panel set itself sit under capacitive touch input unit which is the outer screen with whole black bezel, known as the digitizer. I dont know about this tab built, as for other touchscreen phones, while some build might come as one whole unit, most of all it always not necessary to replace both parts since they are usually independent, one part damage does not mean the other one damage too. Thats why there are cases of lcd crack/shattered but touch input still responding and vice versa. |

Your usage is rather similar to mine, and yes, I can vouch for a markedly improved battery life on M'sian ICS when compared to HC. Without any GPS usage, I get home with 70-75% battery life remaining. On one particularly slow day with just a few voice calls, about 17 sms, a few minutes on wifi and 3G, I got back home with 87% battery left!So far battery life for malaysian seems better than Austrian firmware Anybody else has feedback on battery life ? QUOTE(tai_digidestany @ Sep 20 2012, 02:54 PM) why kies cannot install? Common problem. Blame it on Samsung's laziness.already download the installer, double click and it's extract but then suddenly gone. What OS are you running? I had problems with Win 7 64 bit. Had to update Java, make sure ALL Samsung drivers were up to date and restarted several times before it would work. |
