so guys, i have a few question :
1. how's the perfomance , good? 2. from gsmarena it's a tablet that support gsm call and text. i guess i can indeed replace my wildfire, am i right? (minus the size, i don't really care much as i had old samsung tab before gave it to sister) 3. SME, some seller said 1 year warranty some seller said 2 years. the original unit from samsung came with 1 year or 2 years exactly? |

i've read through some online reviews saying that this tab that goes into the US market doesn't have the voice call support (they disable it). is there any confirmation that we local unit won't face the same thing too? it's important for me as i want to buy this tab and makes it as a phone too.
i know it's silly but i don't mind having a pretty big gadget as long as it can do what i want, as a phone and also a portable device for browsing the internet,skype,etc3. |

bought mine from LYN seller. look for him at aaronac
it's a great device and just like maverickfoo , i bought this tab solely to replace my aging HTC Wildfire. i've no complaint thus far. the only problem is i can't add contact on my whatsapp. refreshing and there are no contact appear. will do some google search for it now. |

so, did any of you guysget the screen protector or casing for your unit?
the shop that i bought from yesterday don't have the casing yet and since they did not offer me the screen protector i'm guessing they do not have the screen protector either since they said this is new unit and they don't haave the accesories that goes with it. i'm going to lowyat plaza today to look for the screen protector and casing. if i've got more money to spend i'm going to look for a cheap bluetooth headset too. There is a shop at sungei wang plaza selling the case complete with bluetooth keyboard for RM130. It's a little too big to put inside my pocket tho. Going to LYP now.

1. Casing :
I did not find a single shop selling for tab plus. I bought mine for RM50, originally for tab P1000. But, since this is the slimmest i took it for temporary. Screen Protector : Mostly offering me the P1000 version but they will cut the top part for speaker for calling. Cheapest is RM30. I havn't purchase yet. Will look for a littlembit more. |

Right, this is what i got from hunting session today
 1. Casing/Pouch. It was originally for old tab. but since most shops did not have stock for our tab, i took this. it's the slimmest i've found. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « 2. Screen Protector. Most shop did not have stock for this version, i took this. Brand is Screen Guard. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « As you can see, this was originally for P1000, but they modded the box and wrote 7.0 Plus instead  .and this is how it looks like on my tab. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « i focus on the top part so that you guys can see how does it look when they had to cut the screen protector a little bit to make way for our earpiece which the old tab does not come with. So, if you guys are not like me which is a little careless, just wait for another week and hopefully all the accesories for this new tab of ours will start to come in. if you can't, and you want protection (screen protector) , just go to any accesories shop and purchase the screen protector for old tab with the top part cut out. that will work for a temporary protection  |

So guys, which one consumes less battery?
1. Using EDGE 2. Using wifi From my experience with HTC Wildfire (froyo), using wifi can make battery last longer. While HSDPA mode consumes more power than EDGE. I set the network mode to GSM only thus i can only enjoy EDGE speed. |

When i connect to computer via usb, there is no function to safely remove from pc is it? Straight away pull out the usb? This happens to me both in samsung kies and as external storage as well.
