I was too laconic. Try reading it as: I'm waiting for the JB update and am content with the version of ICS I have now, but to those who want to update ICS, the info is in the article as per the URL.

That is data associated with apps. All such will br deleted
Your independent data the audio movies ebooks etc stuffs that you can view using any explorer will not. You cannot view whatsapp data independently using file explorer
Can easily restore whatsapp data from titanium backup

I have flashed and rooted my tab to austria ICS. Now if i reformat my tab using the default function..clear data. Will my tab remained rooted and all my installed apps, photo, contacts and etc will dissappear?
