5 rcm for 1700 sounds ok, probably slightly on the high side since most sites are selling for 300++

But practically, I think you will have to find out why they are not the only store left alive selling coins.

Doubt you can get $350.
You do the math: $99 x 3.2 x 15% = RM364 already not including shipping charges and profit margin.
