Sorry for asking the noob questions.

1kg local bars

1kg swiss bars - Pamp Suisse (Comes with Cert)
http://1stopgold.com.my/
http://www.nubex.com.my/
http://mysmartgold.gotdns.org

1kg Emirate bars
http://www.nubex.com.my/ (They use to have it, call to check if available)

This are the more common bars available in Malaysia for 1kg bars, anyone to add on? Ease of selling, most company will offer buy back, check with them what is their spread for buy back.
*
correction there-
mysmartgold do not sell pamp silver, only 1stopgold. they sell indonesian bar with cert or HK bar no cert.
nubex sell emirates on preorder basis.

You can go for perth mint silver bar, comes with cert also and quite in demand, else where but will surely be popular in malaysia in the future. Also, you may want to consider scottsdale stacker kilo bar, it's very beautiful, no certificate but the bar is the nicest I've seen so far.

Hey guys, price is moving up, is this the real upward movement? or just a ploy to fall down hard? or everyone is poised for 14th oct news release from the states?

What is your aim in getting silver coins? Investment? Collection? There are numerous dealers in this thread alone that offers great prices. The few that I can name now is GoldChan... sorry it's the only one I can name now without having to browse back haha.

Guideline is on the first page, read it up and you will get a better understanding on silver.

If you want safe investment to hedge inflation than bars are the way to go because you don't pay taxes for it and the value is nearer to spot price.
