Why don't you buy the iPad from any local Apple reseller since you're doubt about it? Any particular reason buying from Onking?

Coz I got alot Maybank points and can get free iPad if I convert to Onking vouchers hehe .. anyway I have called them and they say they dont carry iPad so too bad for me

I see, no wonder I can't find any iPad in their website as well.

When you guys create your apple ID / itunes account ... you guys choose Malaysia or US ? What's the difference ? I see people talking about US app store better or something ?

just that some apps and stuff is not available for m'sia/ and also with us account u can see more review..

so majority people here create msia or US account? Btw if we plan to jb then it doesn't matter right ?

for me i create both lol.. nothing to do with jailbreak.

both ? then the ipad can have 2 accounts too ? then u can get apps from both appstore ?

no u can only use 1 account at a time of course. like say if u download an app with ur m'sia account, it will show in ur m'sia app store account.

Wee got my new ipad from Harvey Norman hehe ... wanna ask u guys .. what's the easiest/fastest way to turn WIFI on and off ? Turning wifi off when not needed will definitely save battery life right? Going into settings can't be the ONLY way to turn WIFI on and off right =.=

Its a tweak features from Cydia not from AppStore, you have to jailbreak your device in order to do so.

Oh ok understood.

One more question, when I connect my iPad to my pc, the indicator at the top right corner says not charging. Is this normal? I try with the wall charger is okay.

Yes it's normal, anyway google, download and install "Asus AIcharger" to your Windows and it will start charging.
