i cant seem to send any imessage these few days...tried to restore the firmware and set up as new ipad, now i cant even log in to my apple id!! what happened?

Is your connection stable ? Can u browse internet in Safari? Can u log in to your Apple ID through your laptop iTunes?

Yes can repair.. Mine just change new iPad2 screen ..it cost rm250 at low yat plaza

Added on July 12, 2012, 7:34 amyeap, i can browse, fb, twitter, download apps from apps store, but cannot log in to apple id in imessage...i thought it has something to do with the apps I installed from cydia, but then I installed fresh the firmware, and the problem still persists...i'll try to install again in DFU mode...see how it goes~

itunes is the only way?

using 'sync' is very slow...

let's say I have Archie Comic in jpeg in my ipad, sync last night... it was put in albums right away in "photo"

today I am to add say DragonBall

i also use sync the album

then.. my Archie will lost?

i am so dizzy now... and yes very dumb...

dont advice to keep syncing a lot of pics to ipad

the thumbnails it creates and stores are bigger than most of the pics and keeps getting bigger.
jb can delete it
norm some say total restart clears it but some say doesnt.
all i know the " Other " size keep increasing with this.

If you delete the the files from the original location in your computer, the files will delete from your idevices as well once you doing the sync process. Just add a subfolder into the sync location if you plan to add new pic every time.
Anyway I will normally convert all the photo into a PDF files in case I want to read it as a book form before transferring into my iPad.

yeap.. coverting to PDF now. sync my photo album to empty now.. its driving me nuts

Download iCleaner from cydia. It helps clean caches which are normally untouchable in the file system. Cleared 3gb of rubbish from my ipad LOL

head to the photo thumbnail directory.
delete it.

ipad keeps 3 different sizes of each photo.

if you are reading comic book in Ipad, no need to transfer using the photo app.

There are a lot of dedicated comic book reader for Ipad, for me I have been using ComicZeal since iphone time, although the screen is small. reading comic on an Ipad is 100 time better.

No need to sync, you just use Itunes to transfer the file. ComicZeal can accept zip files, just zip/rar all your image and transfer using itunes and you can read it like a comic book. But comiczeal is quite pricey, usd5 when i bought it last time.

just find out about Comicflow app and it is free haven't personally tested it yet. It can also accept zip files and also can transfer using itunes, here's a review on ComicFlow

get a converter?

if your PC usb port is high power enough it will charge.

even though it is state not charging, actually it is charging in slowest rate, not recommended.
