Dance for what lol in fact leafz entrance is big turn off for me.
Heard the land in front of the leafz is not exim. They are building somwthing.

Anyway thanks to exim to have clean up that area used to be rubbish slope.

Dont seems to be logical. Central Residence already at the roadside and certainly no place for railway. Similarly to the opposite as the cemetery is also close to roadside. This project most probably wont get approval.

Fatty mok and others around happy like hell so clean and nice now. I eat satay and yong tau fu also can enjoy better view.

But this is government project. I dont think they will pay money to themselves. hmm.gif
Anyway it is not approved so better wait till you see the real plan.
Location wise Leafz is certainly good.
Traffic is really not an issue as it is part of our culture so we will never be bother about it.
Those that bought should be happy for the investment well made.

If i remember correctly leafz entry price is 500k up not sure psf is how much. this area rental can fetch 3k ? lets see.

I stay in this taman i know how bad it is the jam exit from this taman to besraya. sri petaling people also use this way out too.

Yup. more or less around 500K. Rental wise, it's depend how well your unit furnishing, i think 3k is untested on this area but very challenging...i like it as i know that not many units with fully furnished can be rented out 2.5k in Kuchai area.

Just wait and see how well the rental can go at this area, oh ya just saw exim putting up another board at hong leong junction have units for sale or rent. now is buyer and developer fight. see who die first

anyway i still thanks to exim a lot to clean up that eye sore area. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

I hope exim will continue to buy more land opposite hong leong too..
