i have shops there .. now not yet VP already congested during peak hours. After VP Leafz i think gonna brace for more longer time to get out of there during jam. Plus the lack of parking lots at the old shops further worsen the situation with plenty of double park.

So, The Leafz owners (especially Block C) will be facing sound pollution and dust problem from the new shoplot construction site for at least 2 to 3 years after The Leafz VP?
