- Utilities (such as TNB / Unifi)
- Telco (such as Digi / Celcom)
- specifically Lazada (not Lazada wallet)

I wasn't able to get clear answers from CS, and unable to locate a PDS as well. If there is one, kindly share the link.

Anyone here got issue to use PBB Unionpay Debit Card?
I try to reload to Grabpay and Gopayz since 1 June but all cannot reach payment page..After key in details, it comes out with error page..

Called both gopayz and PBB, still same.
So wanna ask member hsere if thr any solution

Not solution for now, i think it is unionpay gateway issue

I believe you are using Andriod device? I encountered the same issue and no issue for iOS, but the payment page cannot be reached in Andriod..

Struggled on top up by unionpay these few days

Yes it is Unionpay protocol issue, for Android and Malaysia ISP / SIM Card. Not related to a particular App (AirAsia/MAS also failed). Already happened for a few weeks but Unionpay MY yet to rectify it.

I could enter the OTP verification when switching to a Hong Kong SIM card (Android). (but I could not log into Lowyat account!)

I am sure Unionpay has received complaint regarding this issue but yet to resolve it after few weeks esp it involves multiple app.
