however......... the question is, will each bank approved each of your account opening?

they have very strict KYC policies when opening bank accounts with them.


since you are quite interested to do this regardless, why dont you start hitting each bank one-by-one and open the accounts directly?

not everyone here had/want to open so many bank accounts.

it is better to experience it yourself and gauge the bank's acceptance of your bank account opening.

when merchant doesn't claim that 1st txn (during their sales reconciliation), the txn will be canceled at the issuing bank (bank Islam) and reversed into your card/account.

error can happen. connectivity issue. bank issues. etc

yes. they can't do anything anyway. it failed during the payment process. not like they have a special button to 'fail' the txn but take your money regardless.

since merchant already confirmed 2nd txn is valid, just wait for the 1st txn to expired (since merchant won't claim/settle it because there was no valid txn for them)

as I wrote above, failed txn would likely expired up to 7 days. then the amount will be released back to your card/account.

during payment authorization, it will always check balance, amongst other checking, before it proceed to 'charge' the card.

this is why some ppl prefer debit card as cash replacement.

insufficient money, cannot buy. simple affair.

credit card is problematic (to some ppl), because it gives you the illusion of 'extra money' to spend beyond your available fund in the bank (unrelated but perceived as such)

usually, merchant claim in few days. even with proper txn, the slower they claim, they dont get money from their bank also. so, it's to their benefit to claim as fast as possible. which businesses dont want money from their sales???

with visa/mastercard scheme rules, merchant need to claim in less than 8 days. IF merchant claim after 8 days, they may lose the chargeback dispute (if someone really nasty/fraudsters trying to do this) because of late claim (late presentment)

i already said many times before: the failed txn, there is NOTHING for the merchant to claim/settle.

so, just let the txn expire at the bank, then the money will be released back to your card/account.


the txn already failed, merchant cannot do anything, they cannot just generate any 6 digit code from thin air just to take your money.

there is NO 6 digit code for the failed txn because it was never successful at the first place. no success = no 6 digit code. simple as that.

most, if not all, terminals should already compatible with MyDebit. usually the stores has the mydebit sticker, etc.
