MCC 9402: Postal Services
Government postal services, including local post office branches.
Service provided includes accepting and processing package and mail
for delivery, selling postage stamps, and express mailing services.

you and i know ONLINE sspn payment is available from some ewallet apps, which are not under MCC 9333 (govt)

if failed, govt portal should also recorded failed and wont claim/settle that txn.

even if successful at bank, but govt portal didnt capture it (failed at their side), they may not claim that txn, and eventually released. call them during working hours to confirm payment status at their side.

Just follow these simple steps:
Log in to your www.maybank2u.com.my
Click on ‘Settings’, ‘Cards’, ‘Debit Card – Replacement, Activate & Block’
Click on the 3 dots menu button and select ‘Replace Cards’
Check your mailing address and update if necessary
Confirm your request

We have also temporarily extended our branch operation hours to facilitate replacement of expired Debit Cards:

Monday - Friday / Sunday - Thursday (Kelantan & Terengganu)
Normal Banking Hours: *9:30am - 4:00pm
Extended Banking Hours (for Debit Card replacement only): *4:00pm - 6:00pm

We are pleased to inform that replacement of the Maybank Debit Cards may now be applied via Maybank2u. A RM12 fee will automatically be deducted from the Current or Savings Account that is linked to the card once the replacement is successful. However, we will refund the RM12 fee within seven (7) working days. The new Maybank Debit Card will be delivered within nine (9) working days to address within Malaysia and thirty (30) working days for overseas, from the date of application.
