PhotoMalaysia and shutterasia both are forum right? they sell stuff as well? QUOTE(xbbshampoo @ Nov 16 2011, 09:06 PM) If u referring to portrait I believe u should focus in the eyes. QUOTE(Agito666 @ Nov 16 2011, 09:52 PM) should be okay gua, duno XD... The small the aperture(the bigger the F number) should be better for taking group photos because it will be sharper from corner to corner.i know can't wide open when shooting my figure. XD but distance further the DOF also will more sharper right? --- man, the more i look on this manfrotto bag, the more hand itching i wan get this » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « anyone use manfrotto this brand before? I like that bag overall and have consider bout it as well. The only downside I notice is the divider design is kinda sh!tty cuz only adjustable on the right side and there are only "TWO" pieces of divider given. However I really like the bottom section for the tripod. Btw, im poisoned by the Ari Marcopoulos camera bag and the lowepro Pro messenger which is not out yet. Will get either 1 of them |

QUOTE(Agito666 @ Nov 16 2011, 10:16 PM) link? XD http://goincase.com/products/detail/ari-ma...era-bag-cl58033how muchie? XD i go survey first anyway finding a bigger bag can throw camera and other stuff together one but is shoulder bag with not-so-camera-bag design..so far that bag looks nice enough...and the tripod slot there i gonna put pringles or 1 toilet paper roll for emergency case http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/625022/+780 tech garage has it for RM630. Both bags i mentioned are very low profile. Not so obvious its camera bag. The lowepro pro messenger can carry up to 2 pro dslr so most probably will be handy if wanna put in a sweater or something when traveling... QUOTE(celciuz @ Nov 16 2011, 10:16 PM) If you insist on shops... try Foto Selangor, J-One, Keycolor... or else I would definitely recommend Yannick. Yannick is online? I go find now thanks |

QUOTE(Irbean @ Nov 17 2011, 09:07 AM) This Manfroto looks just sweet and bit cheaper than the Incase AM. You buy first bro, then give the reviews. "jajabinx" claim that the ari marcopoulos camera bag is made of rugged canvas water resistant(not water proof) material. aiya another poison, Incase AM looks just stylish and presentable..just the material used on the bag not sure whats the quality..bro u buy first this bag..then give review.,.huhuhu Most probably could handle drizzling or small rain. I like like the way it sticks to our body as sometimes when we kneel down or move our body to shoot pictures, a sling or shoulder bag could be annoying while Im not planning to get a backpack. |

QUOTE(Irbean @ Nov 17 2011, 01:31 PM) Looking forward for the review.. Haha... U can check the "flaunt ur came bag" thread. Jajabinx display a few pictures of fitting in a D7000+grip. Actually u can ask him for a review as well... somehow I think he is associated with techgarage...BTS got sell? then good, can go and see the material et cetera. Then once decided, buy online or who ever sells at lower price. is that so. Yah for me the way its sticks is the attracting part of the beg. Unfortunately, the price is too Need-To-Think-First. Just wondering is it fit to bring camera+grip+(Zoom Lens + Prime Lens)+Speedlite? Bro 'ikki' buy one la..if u buy trough the net, please inform me, just incase the cost is slightly lower, we can share the postage fees.. Btw, the bag is not meant for a pro body(camera+grip). However can fit in 70-200 + flash tho. Dunned to think bout sharing shipping. Techgarage have them for RM630 free postage in malaysia. QUOTE(Irbean @ Nov 17 2011, 04:08 PM) aiya, hopefully at least can fit 2470 attachd to the body. What i mean by sharing the sipping is just in case if you planning to buy it from ebay or from oversea. Im certain that it can fit 2470 attached on camerabtw what are the color option for AM eh? Haha why do u wanna buy oversea and pay extra for tax when u can buy it from Malaysia cheaper haha! The shipping cost from original website is 27 dollars. Never get thse stuff from ebay, as it is a designer bag usually they sell cheaper in retail than ebay. Yes, grey is the online colour. |

QUOTE(Agito666 @ Nov 17 2011, 04:58 PM) rm 600 for a bag is over for me XD The Ari marc. looks more like casual biker(bmx) bags than a photographer bag. I like the design where there is a hand handle on the top so u can carry it in short distance when u dun wanna put it on body. Plus buckle strap is design like the aircraft seat belt where u can tighten it in 1 pull after buckle up. Moreover... the best part is it sticks to your body so u can run jump, kneel, crowl without problem(not like the slings) especially i didnt drop camera before *touch wood* so not worth for me get so expensive one XD i need more "lala" style bag to cover the fact that i have camera XD *intend to be a failure lala-zai with otaku looks. so no one will notice me...XD..get too formal camera bag straight can see i m a gear head and become easy target to rob |

QUOTE(Irbean @ Nov 17 2011, 05:48 PM) aaaa... sure bro..eh what do u mean by 'please let me know ur height'? does this refer to my height which is about 5'11'' or the height which i lompat2? Yes your height... Hmm about the same so your opinion bout the bag should be applicable for me. QUOTE(Everdying @ Nov 17 2011, 05:50 PM) u forgot 1 little thing, crop factor and the FoV. As i mentioned lots of times... I was attracted by that bag because of its design and unique in its way that we can carry it(stick to the body). So basically the bag is priced for the design and quality.so for FX to get about the same fov as DX, u would probably have to stand about 7ft away, reducing the DoF to much smaller than the DX at 10ft. Added on November 17, 2011, 5:50 pm imo, if ur going to pay so much for that ari bag. must as well look at the think tank retro 30. On the other hand, the TT retro 30 is a very durable, rugged and big capacity. But as I mentioned, it will be difficult for me to kneel or move my body around when shooting pictures at an extreme angle unlike the Ari Marc. where it sticks to body. TT retro 30 is priced for its durability, capacity and brand. In a nutshell, I will not compare these 2 bags as it kinda in 2 different category... I will compare the TT retro versions with the Lowepro Pro messenger that will be in the market soon |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Nov 17 2011, 06:04 PM) wat u mean by stick-to-body? like a backpack / waist pouch? 1st let me make 1 thing clear where ppl usually confused.for a sling bag like the ari to stick-to-body, u have to wear it pretty high up, so in that sense any sling bag also can do but that will make it harder to access. Sling bag - similar to backpack but 1 strap, from top left to bottom right usually for asian or the other way round for western countries. shoulder bag - messenger style, long strap. As to answer to you yes, the bag is design to wear high up so it sticks to your back. Is easy to access... if u look closer, it is not exactly a sling. the strap of the bag is is design in a way that shoulder bag should be but length of a sling bag. So the position of the bag at your back will be in horizontal position like messenger so u can easily rotate it to your front like u do as a messenger to access it easily. QUOTE(Everdying @ Nov 17 2011, 06:21 PM) aiseh, lets just have wiki do it k. Nonono! I wasn't opposing your advise. Just that u got my idea wrongly where I think it shouldnt be compared that way...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sling_bag A sling bag is a type of handbag that is worn over one shoulder with a strap that winds around the chest resting the bag on the lower back. Although it is similar to a messenger bag, a sling bag is often smaller. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shoulder_bag Shoulder bag may refer to: Messenger bag, a bag worn over one shoulder with a strap that winds around the chest. so in essence, a sling bag is just a smaller version of a shoulder bag. both are still basically messengers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Messenger_bag See also Sling bag anyway, just trying to help u all save money...not trying to argue. so if u all feel the ari is good for u, do go ahead, but later dont be complaining |

QUOTE(Calvin Seak @ Nov 18 2011, 01:16 PM) Which shop did you get it from ^^ 1 questtion here,,, does it fit D7k with lens and grip attached?Currently im a big fan of Kata bags! I have 2 currently, 1 back pack and 1 sling but its not really a sling, I dont know how to explain, like ikki says it sticks to my body n it distributes the weight by adding another strap which you strap on your bag like how backpacks have waist belt! Fits a d7k with mb d11, 70-200 f2.8m, sb700 and 50mm 1.8g and i carry it all day during my holidays and its really comfortable! I would highly recommend it! http://www.kata-bags.com/product/0/KT%2BDL...ns_%2B_2_lenses My backpack is a bumblebee ul222 pretty comfortable with an aluminium frame anda memory foam as the backpack strap! I really like the bumblebee versions... but they dont have any quick access... so need to take out the bag from shoulder to grab the camera... QUOTE(Calvin Seak @ Nov 18 2011, 04:09 PM) Dont know, maybe in isreal, they use to make bags for the military if i am not mistaken before they venture in to photography.. the funny part is everytime i pass by customs i am damn scared they rampas my bag lol! Im so poisoned by the 222-ULAdded on November 18, 2011, 4:12 pm Yea I like it alot fit close to you and firm to your body, its really comfortable and convenient allowing you to strap your camera to your bag's strap to distribute the weight from your neck to your shoulders.. I think i got it for RM 840 from J-one Jason. I asked eng tong and they quoted me 1xxx if i am not mistaken! I carried this in singapore for 3 straight days with over 10++ kg worth of weight >.< still comfortable! most imporatnt of all your can bring it on flights, flew tiger airlines, air asia, and including MAS(smallest cabin among all) although its a few cm bigger than the allowed dimensions it still fits the cabin easily Added on November 18, 2011, 4:17 pm the bumble bee is really convinient because you can strap ur camera on the backpacks strap and you wont even notice the weight of your camera! Best part is the strap came along with the bag! Talking about comfort! yea the lighttri fits a d7k with grip which is the mb d11 and a 70-200 f2.8 lens which is huge n heavy! theres a bigger version of the lighttri which could add in another lens so thats 3 lenses 1 body and 1 flash! I dont know about ari but so far my experience with kata is splendid and best of all it is back with a life time warranty which makes you feel safer that their products are meant to last a life time I actually bought the light tri 315 because the bumblebee ul222 can be connected to the lighttri for convenience of switching lenses "(EPH) Ergonomic Photo System is designed with connection tabs to enable interconnections with other Kata products" But still... I want something very casual and semi-formal for any occasion including dinner. The attachable camera strap on the harness is very attractive as well but still... need to take the bag out 1st only can access the camera... Bottom line -Really like this bag and I think it is very suitable for travel or adventurous journey. 222UL will be my 2nd bag on the list after getting my 1st DSLR bag Dint notice it is also quite pricey |

Hi guys, quick question here,
I tested a burst shot on my D7k with a Sandisk extreme class 10 30mb/s. The burst shot was in full speed until it slows down at 30th shot... So i was just wondering how many continuous shot can the new Sandisk extreme Pro 95mb/s handle until it slows down? Any1 tested? BTW, the picture was taken in FINE quality. |
