what is the problem there? i dun see any problem...  unsure.gif  rclxub.gif

No prob at all, as i knew, usually people will get xs-pro for UWA lens because F-pro might cause vignetting to some UWA lens. A 24-70 shouldn't have any vignetting problem with a F-pro which cost bout 100 ringgit cheaper? Plus there are no difference between F-pro and xs-pro except the thickness.

Correct me if im wrong tongue.gif

Not exactly improvement but these

An error where the card may not have been recognized when some memory cards were used has been addressed.
The following issues occurred when the mode dial was rotated from U1 or U2 to another shooting mode or from another shooting mode to U1 or U2 when the power was off or when the exposure meters are off (Auto meter-off). These issues were resolved.

A new folder is sometimes created despite the fact that the current folder does not yet contain 999 files and none of the files are numbered “9999”.
The number of remaining exposures may not be displayed as specified in the settings.
The setting for "Role played by card in Slot 2" may change between "Overflow", "Backup", and "RAW Slot 1- JPEG Slot 2".
An issue where "Battery info" in the setup menu sometimes showed sufficient remaining charge even when the remaining charge for the AA batteries inserted in the MB-D11 battery pack was low has been resolved.
An issue where a saved photo may not have been displayed properly when a movie was displayed in playback mode while saving the photo has been resolved.
An issue where zoom in or zoom out may not have performed properly when the playback zoom in or playback zoom out button was pressed while in Live view has been resolved.
The message displayed when the internal memory of the Wireless Transmitter WT-4 is formatted from the "Format transmitter's memory" under "Device settings" in "Wireless transmitter" of the camera’s setup menu was changed from "Done" to "Built-in memory formatted".

Also now 64 bit system support reading NEF file

Is any1 using Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8 here? Just a quick question...

I've recently bought a new genuine hood. But when i attach in a reverse position, it doesn't lock tightly(it does have the *click* lock sound) as in I can simply just twist it and it will be loosen.

Is it suppose to be like that or I actually have to hold the unlock button then twist it to loosen it?

mine also doesnt lock in reserve.
doesnt bother me cos i dont use the hood much.

Im not sure if it is really lock. It does snap on... as in like attached on my lens and it is firmed. But if i twist it, it can be loosen up. Not like attaching it facing the front where I have to hold the button on the side then twist it... Is it normal?

If reverse position, then yes it should be normal. It will still has the "click" sound however you can loosen the lock without the need to press the trigger to unlock.

Well, the logic is simple and see if my lousy explanation could help you. Just imagine the lock has 2 sides. One side is slide and one side is straight (like our normal door lock). Therefore, one side will require you to press and unlock (the straight side) whereas the opposite doesn't (just slide).

LOL... lets see if anyone here could guess what I'm trying to say... doh.gif
*
Haha its alright... just wanna ensure if it is normal lol!
Well so i guess it is normal then...

oo however, i've got reply from "hidden" 1 of the Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8 user says that his 1 need to press button to unlock for both side. Ahh... so should i send the hood back for exchange or it is normal? uhhh confuse
