Any news for DT50 series? your deal becomes cheaper once u manage to sell it to interested party. Added on April 16, 2012, 5:42 pmQUOTE(klbull @ Apr 16 2012, 10:14 AM) P50ST50 appears to have great PQ, is well priced, you offer good deal but still waiting for 42" , and maybe GT/VT models to make an appearance, before deciding which to buy. Not sure why Panasonic M is not bringing in all plasma models simultaneously for an onslaught on the competition. Perhaps due to production issues after floods last year in Thailand. 2 bullets in one game is better than 1 bullet in one game. there is a competition in the market though. And the design is 10x better( need to think about others in the house also lol, very design concious XD) If get UT50 must pay extra for something we will NEVER use. Im pretty sure a non 3D model will be cheaper by 500 bucks at least.... :/

Malaysia's tv market is small, relatively not important enough to have niche areas covered. Panasonic M did'nt bring in the non-3D S50 models either. Looks like we just have to pay extra for features we may not use.

the best TV nowadays all come with 3D features . for future proof and for the fun of it , you may want it afterall price have drop a lot since its introduction 2+ years ago
i saw the ST50 side by side with the UT50 and XT50 series last weekend at megamall and the ST50 easily beat them all in PQ with impressive low black level and brighter whites too. the design for this year panny models especially the ST50 are exceptional good
panny have finally discarded its always (except the V or VT series )conservative and boring look. good on them
can't wait for malaysia's foremost calibrator anfieldude to give us his insights
our lyn seller iamsobloodysick also sell at good price. hope he can keep it down

The top end VT50 which comes in 55" and 65" sizes will knock your socks off. It's got the infinite black ultra neo-plasma panel, whereas GT and ST has infinite black only. US reviewers of the VT50 rate it highly. Problem is, the VT50 price will knock your shoes off as well. Back to the smaller affordable ST50. I can live with just infinite black and a smaller screen.

the US haven't done any review yet on the VT50 as it has not hit their shores , only in UK . although the review on the 50" is mainly positive , the ST50 has prevail as the best value buy

QUOTE(sunnyK @ Apr 17 2012, 04:38 PM) Hmm..... read it but is a little too technical. Thanks. Agree that ST50 appears to be best bang for your buck and is smartly priced to ward off Korean competition especially. Most probably I'll go for the ST50.

Saw in 1U yesterday, BEST roadshow P42X50 selling RM1599 same as in JUSCO.
The color is more vibrant than previous model P42X30, not sure whether they purposely tune it that way.
Previously P42X30 selling at RM1399 in SenQ 1U but yesterday went there no more already. Jusco 1U got 1 unit of P42X30 with sticker SOLD on it.
