Before the tournament let say friday night take a lot of spaghetti and during your breakfast as well this will preserve you energy it will release slowly during the whole day and don't eat to heavy during the tournament only ate let say like sandwich will do for the lunch. The best to prevent cramps I think is still to take in potassium. Even after all the prevention it'll still happen as cramps is an indication of the endurance limit.

Hey Guys, good luck to all those playing in CTO this weekend.
Little tips I heard during CTO, bring sweets or SUGUS and chew every now and then. Just to get some energy during rest time. And don drink citrus stuff few days before, may cause cramps. This is what I heard yea. Not sure if it works.

My secret should be well known to marathon runners......drink PICKLE juice....if you are cramping drink this and I can almost guarantee you 98% within 2 mins......no cramps........I have never cramped while playing tennis....BUT I have cramped when swimming.......OMG.....I dowan to mention where I cramp *paiseh* but after I drank this ......fuiyoohhhh I feel much better and can resume my swimming.
