I used to snack on chocolate bars during tournaments when i was a kid, or those biscuits with lots of sultanas. But then again, i only play max 2 matches per day, i dont know if this is applicable for a tournament like CTO.

ya i heard about this blood doping that some athletes do especially in cycling .. heard in tennis also some ppl do it..

but everytime i donate blood i dont feel stronger also the next few days.. haha..

Ya I want to say maybe donating blood brings the mental effect that you will feel weaker and lethargic although actually that might not be the case.

But hey mentally is very important too. If we think we cannot we already lost half the battle.

but i've played tennis right after donating 3-4 hours ... didnt feel too bad but shouldnt be done..
