Poly will rarely snap in main, multi's will snap in cross's.....more than often...depends on how hard you hit and how much spin you apply on strings....

Make sure you bring more water mixed with some secret ingredients....like the pro's...banana's .......to avoid cramps....but make sure you drink tons and tons of water 1-2 days before your match.....so you are properly hydrated...bring lots of changes of clothes,socks,wristbands,shirts,shorts,etc.Bring grips, specs, a nice cap or visor......man....slightly jealous you guys going for tournament......I must check State and see if Sandakan or Lahad Datu got tournament or not.....I kipas sendiri now feeling like Goku......x-p

My secret should be well known to marathon runners......drink PICKLE juice....if you are cramping drink this and I can almost guarantee you 98% within 2 mins......no cramps........I have never cramped while playing tennis....BUT I have cramped when swimming.......OMG.....I dowan to mention where I cramp *paiseh* but after I drank this ......fuiyoohhhh I feel much better and can resume my swimming.


Aiyooo dun listen to klboy if you want to die on court then follow his advice.....cola contains caffeine which gives you a real high, and then you 'crash' and I expect you will too.....

If you have very high turn over from stringing rackets then use electronic provided you can afford it......and get back cost from stringing....for me....I dun mind use crank or drop weight if it suits my need....

Tips on how to beat this player is not easy ..........these type of players are called 'pushers'....normally many people look down on these type of players....but to me, these guys are real fighters with very unorthodox hitting or styles, yet they somehow manage to beat people with better looking strokes...the one thing most pushers have in common is iron man fitness, they are prepared to run all day and all night.....they will drop shot,lob, chicken chop the ball anything to throw you off your game.
To win against these players is to play with them and try and learn when to hit a aggressive shot and when to just keep the ball in play......you MUST have good strokes with solid foundation...in order to beat these guys, its also good if you hit a offensive shot and go to the net and try to win the point at the net.

Dunno who Rizal is....but if he is consistent in 'attacking' he will win against most pushers, as they are reaction players, they will react to what you do.....unless you play elite pushers that have laser passing shots...then thats a totally different gameplay.

Its good to see you guys analysing your own game, and trying to find solution to beat your opponents.....you may not have all the right weapons, just use what is your strength and use it to exploit your opponents weakness. Wishing you guys the best!
