hardly.

only 2 of 14 facing fully booked but still subjected to loan lulus.

the rest......odd placement here n there

less than 20% (by naked eyes, not by actual counting) booked only.

if tis is not that impressive, wonder how E9 doing.

what I am surprised is that not many previous You1 n 2 buyers commented here, whether its for good, bad or ugly.

the sticker and booking are same or not, am not interested to find out bcos you know why?

bcos no one knew which one is booking and which one is sticker only without booking. Anywhere this OSK practises transfer booking and apa lagi, therefore I dun even bother about their sticker board chart.

am not asking you or potential buyers to ask dev on U1 n2 lah. I was surprised why no U1 n2 buyers came here to protect or to spill the gut out of OSK.

With the price you paid bsck in 2011 to 2013 and the locariom of the project and osk good name, its unacceptable for developer not to provide aircond pipping.
And this wasnt 1st time osk build apartments therefore i totally dun get it when it comes to open walkway lift and rain here.
But am sure u were aware of such arrangement b4 yOu signrd yr spa?

Years ago when i visited their cyber project show units...i already sensed that the show unit didnt have the refinement required for such priced popety....already lost fate in osk then

For my understanding. Developer will never use contractor that built their show units (landed here) to appoint them as main cons for the same project.

I buy the story of showing materials used. This is not the 1st time developerz doing this.

But spa is still quoting 'quality' tis and that without mentioning the actual name of materials.

its all about location....

you know maxim? also not walkable to mrt, but almost everyday without failed, agents will spam yr sms, for the past 1.5yrs already.

so there are people looking for place to rent (or buy), but where it is play an important role.
