I did ask if any civil engineer or contractor can attest the ceiling height measurement. But no one come forward.

Who took building plan out??? Can attach here?

the apartments are not ready to move in tomorrow. its freaking 4 yrs later. can developer predict their livelihood 4 plus years down the road???
