if all those old condos not worth staying, wouldnt KL PJ selayang Titiwangsa Ampang all old condos would be emptied now?

The 1st two blocks look very flatish apartment style but the later 2 blocks look for curvy and futuriistic and low density but yet selling about the sane price and much cliser to mrt.....

Dont know can trust the poster or not.

Agree on turtle speed on new line.

One thing u guys need to remember is
Lower density mrt/lrt linked development is expensive.
Of those affordable ramge ones are high density n may not be suitable to bring up family.

Thata why lamded still sell by thousand.

And mrt is seriously under performed compared to lrt
