MRT direct link 2 room 2 bath , should can get min RM 2000 rental or airbnb RM 200 per night in 2023. negative gearing should be in positive, at least can cover loan interest.
MRT direct link property is limited, if economic recover it wont be tis price already. location wise ekocheras will be better and mature with commercial component. but the price wont be cheap. aster and parklane personally dont like the location and surrouding.
