Yes Sir Kochin, the merger deal was called off but instead of promoting atria mall under the combined entity, PJD can always collaborate with OSK to develop the mall on JV basis I suppose...atria at DJ may not seem to be doing spectacularly well mainly due to its close proximity to other bigger malls like OU, The Curve, Paradigm Mall etc..but this area is an untested market within its vicinity for such a brand new mall and shopping experience plus residents/dwellers of You City could also provide a readily available market catchment for the mall to succeed...(haha biased opinion from a person who has vested interest in the development of the project)

yes , my units is come with semi-furnish like wardrobe & kitchen cabinet ..if buyer not take it can rebate back RM45'000 ~~during the time key hangoff .

Not sure what is the inside package or design or quality . but sure 45K cannot do much on new renovate  .  i take rebate it but also regards bit. now i have to headache on renovation..
