as my 10 experience staying in condo, i can see my condo getting improvement after strong JMB or MC take over management from developer, every condo having same progress to doing better,
if more resident buy for own stay they will more care thier living enviroment ,it will make JMB or MC will stronger
to enforce and implement house rule to stop or minimize some common issue like barbaric behaviors, Black tenant and other. but still need resident working together.

yes there are not extra discount if dont have number , when you have number than you can bargin. if no happy with deal just cancel the booking. that is investment group review on mrt link project like aster ,parklane and natizen. and you city 3 . which one giving good deal go which one.
