same experience with their previous project, missing music room , multi purpose Hall no aircon now become abandon room coz can't serve the purpose even AGM can't do there, 3 tier security not in brochure end up no CCTV cover in some lobby , every thing no black n white,. when resident and jmc request from developer ,
every thing refer back to s&p.. tis is how you doing business ? how you expect quality will be deliver?

2 r very limited supply won't have much competition for rent when vp

Osk sales staff not allow transfer so release it with rejection letter, don't ever ever deal with osk staff not helpful at all n showing me black face when tell them osk problem with previous project. get external agent save your time n better info.

maybe i ask the staff provide b/w for the promise.
i learn from osk previous project, every thing refer back to S&P not brochure or show room.

dont trust agent osk or non osk, every thing must get b/w.

really dont know OSK cut cost til tis level.

that why osk not focus on deliver quality n facilities. only market link bridge. if owner no check n getting black n white really duno what they going deliver when VP. owner have to United to push osk provide detail information n raise the concern

batu 11 not bad can easy find nice food there even KFC just a.door step

every thing will refer back from your snp don't trust or hope osk do for you for extra n or you think of common sense to have it, after VP you will know it, why multi purpose Hall n library no air con ? just empty room? look at your SNP first. you need request before you sign not after you sign.

that the main issue I having with Osk for previous project, no detail in SNP , no black n white so you won't get, like multipurpose Hall i received when vp, really just empty space , when jmb ask osk why , their feed back was snp no write got air con... it is empty room it don't serve the purpose can it still call multipurpose hall?
other developer no issue for that even no detail in SNP but they still do it nicely for you. just osk no care bout their brand new name
