Twins is good condo but heavy construction outside, noisy, dust and lots of foreigners loitering around. Other than that, twins is pretty luxurious and nice design

All of your concerns will be gone once constructions complete next few months ...

BTW, Twins strata titles have been issued recently ... expect prices to go up now!

Next few months? The roads leading to Twins are horrendous and misleading. The entire area is a mess. Not sure when we going to endure these craps

I was at DC Residency the other day. The 2 office towers, have been name Menara Hong Leong (33 Storeys) and Menara Guocoland (19 Storeys). All the Hong Leong Group companies (HLB, HLA, HLI, etc) will be Headquartered an Menara Hong Leong. Guocoland will be taking up a few floors at Menara Guocoland, whereas the other levels will be leased out.

According to Guocoland staff, All the office are expected to move over by August, and the DC Mall is also expected to start operations by then.

Ohh that part is due to demolition work by Pavilion. Yes that demolition will complete in next few months along with Damansara City and MRT station.

Good thing is Damansara City will make sure of that otherwise who is gonna visit their mall?

Am considering to buy a unit to live in here. But heard loads of rumours bout this project having poor workmanship etc.

But based on my observation, I believe most issues have been fixed? Maybe left the sky gym carpet replacement.

And a question bout the carparks, are visitors allowed to park overnight from visitors carpark as I do have family driving up to KL overnight.

Please do share on any issues currently being faced in the project besides the noise and air pollution from construction sites.

Yes, TWINS has had its fair share of issues with the developer, but mostly resolved now. It's been 4.5years since completion.

Previously there were also issues with the management, however recently the new management company has brought in a new Property Manager who's been working hard and resolving some of the outstanding issues.

The Damansara City construction is already at its tail end. The residential block is in the process of handing over, the mall is scheduled to open on 25th August, and the office tenants are moving-in in Q4 2016. The noise and dust issues previously faced are neglible now.

The other construction site for Pavilion Damansara Heights is much further away, and Damansara City shields TWINS from the noise and dust from the new site.

Over the past few years, I have sold and rented out many units at TWINS. So far this month, I've had 2 new tenants move in and currently negotiating another rental now. Do get in touch with me for more info on TWINS as well as the best available units for sale at the moment. Tq

Consider Twins@Damansara, he says. That project was sold at less than RM1,000 per sq ft a few years ago. Despite its location in Pusat Bandar Damansara and the MRT stations there, Twins@Damansara became a students’ market. It is common, says Ng, to find six to eight students occupying a three-room unit that costs about RM1.3mil to RM1.4mil today because there are no expatriates renting the place.
Rental for a three-room unit is about RM3,500 to RM4,000, says Ng, but in time, rental and value for that location will pick up.
When DC Residency was launched, prices went beyond RM1,500 per sq ft. Now, says Ng, the Malton group is expected to launch more serviced apartments.
A check with the Malton group reveals a range of between RM1,600 and RM1,800 (psf). Just as the MRT is expected to change valuations in time to come, the regeneration of Pusat Bandar Damansara is expected to change the scene at Damansara Heights. So, Twins@Damansara is a jewel, says Ng.

It is simply ROI, the faster the better.

Paying above RM 1000 psf is asking for future hardship. There are plenty of options at the price.

This project gonna be good news for Twins residents https://www.thestar.com.my/metro/metro-news...nd-widening-of/

With this elevated bypass, Sprint highway will no longer pass by Twins building directly.

Lol, can escape from paying MOT? My experience was that master to strata title to be issued under owner/seller's name, AND then another transfer to subsale buyer.
Ended up a long wait process to finally close the whole saga.
