The GX1 and E-P3 is something like Android vs Iphone kinda thingy.

GX1 is technically superior for sure.

Much better sensor that's 1 stop better than the E-P3 (ISO1600 better than E-P3's ISO800. Better video. Spot focus etc.
I don't like the 460K resolution screen though

E-P3 is more cool and got "mojo". tongue.gif

ps: the "grey" look of panasonic's jpeg can be adjusted via the in camera white balance and picture style settings wan.
Nice color..love the red.

GX 1 have better hardware like android, while EP3 is more trendy like IPhone.
Is this what you are trying to say? : )

OM-D.... looks promising and sexy. Hope the current lenses will be compatible with it but the estimated price is MAD.

Woh woh woh! The concept of m43 is for it to be smaller n more convenient than lugging a DSLR but the OM-D looks like the size of the Nikon D4?!

Looks sexy nonetheless. SIlver without the battery pack would b the ultimate retro look.

Nevertheless, if the IQ is good enough, it may be able to bridge the m34 & DSLR gap.

It's a different line then the PEN's..... the OM-D can be the weatherproof'ed E-system replacement.

its big n fat becoz of 2 accesories..u see the lock mechanism at the back.. bottom one is for the battery extend/grip,
the upper lock scroll is for the optional front hand grip.

Looks very Photoshopped ... why they left the pentaprism hump ... a bit ugly ... size so big defeats purpose of m4/3 already. sweat.gif

I think it makes better sense to go out shoot with it to see what sort of pics u can get rather than shooting a can.

Ya lor.. E-P3 a nicely tricked out but its still the same old sensor dating as far back as the original e-p1/gf1.
G3 and the GX1 are with brand new sensor with. Etter high iso and dynamic range. The former being quite close to the canon aps-c di.

I think it makes sense...Pens for small and OM-D for folks that want something more pro. Nevertheless i think without the accessory grip and the battery grip.. The size looks not much bigger than e-p3 thought the hump seems like purely for aesthetics since the evf doesnt go that high.
