Hello! New micro 4/3 convert reporting in! Just got my 45mm from paksiew yest! Brilliant lens! My kind of focal length! But currently sits with my GF n not the EP so the speed is kurang sikit..

Whether panasonic or Olympus (ep3,gx1) u won't go wrong, as they can share the same wonderful lens system.. With NEX, it's only Sony (without adapters lah).

I tested the gx1, but still feel the ep3's super fast af & out of camera pictures looks "richer" in colours. Really individual preference.. My advice, go test both out, see which tickles your fancy! Even pro photographers like chase Jarvis is seen lunging an ep3 as his everyday cam! Hahaha cheers mate!

New Ep3 user here. I'm looking for Olympus MCG-2 Detachable large grip for the E-P3 (Black). Can anyone help me where I can get one. Already asked few cam shops around but they only have beige color. Looking for black.

The GX1 and E-P3 is something like Android vs Iphone kinda thingy.

GX1 is technically superior for sure.

Much better sensor that's 1 stop better than the E-P3 (ISO1600 better than E-P3's ISO800. Better video. Spot focus etc.
I don't like the 460K resolution screen though

E-P3 is more cool and got "mojo".

ps: the "grey" look of panasonic's jpeg can be adjusted via the in camera white balance and picture style settings wan.

not much color adjust on this photo, just some contrast adjusted. i like the color very natural i dont think it look greyish maybe it really depands on how you see it.
i am gf2 user now changed to GX1, like the camera so much, greyish or not is not an issue for me bc i do post-process alot for photography.
