QUOTE(neo_01 @ Feb 2 2012, 11:36 AM) i get con........ Anyway who got try panasonic 25mm f1.4 and CCTV 25mm f/1.2 Lens. what the different between this 2 lens???? Both i try before. The different already tell by the price for the lens. For sure 25mm f/1.4 and the price is above 2k leh. While CCTV lens can get it for RM200, Photo quality also not so good. Suggest u get 20mm will do. Its already quite nice. 25mm is too costly. This post has been edited by ykhwee01: Feb 2 2012, 11:34 AM

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Feb 3 2012, 10:00 AM) Thank you for the suggestion. Mind to explain a little more why EP3? Mind to tell why GX1? When are they releasing it? GX1 got faster focus sensor. This is what i think la.

QUOTE(jloi @ Feb 5 2012, 10:23 PM) i am using the 20mm and it work like charm. Now it become my walking lens everyday X) focusing speed is slow but not that reli slow, i can accept it (compare to my D60 + Tamron 1750). on AF Assist lamp if u using it low light. feel free to check out some of my club shooting using this lens with d EP3 and some with built in flash http://www.jackieloi.com/2012/01/hennessy-nyx-launch.html Added on February 5, 2012, 9:24 pmnot exactly out of focus, but off abit..i guess ;/ Added on February 5, 2012, 9:25 pmLumix 20mm is slower abit ler because the system is built using old tech. Plus, not 100% compatitble for oly body Owh... I not sure bout Oly body, never use before. As i like 20mm cox last time im using GF2 with 14mm kit but sold it off and get 20mm, the different is so big and nice. Correct me if something wrong. Cheers....

QUOTE(sinner @ Feb 7 2012, 02:18 AM) hi guys, just got my Panasonic Gx1 with the X lens.. dunno where to start yet, so far just stick a screen protector at the screen.. some forummer mention about "filter" , is that the protective sticker to protect the lens? is yes which should i go and how much will it cost? thanks! Filter is not sticker. Its something like 1 cap that screw with your lens. Usually lots of user are on Kenko and Hoya. I have no idea bout others? If 52mm I guess is around RM80-90. And usually stick on the lens for 24 hours is the UV filter. Correct me if something i say wrong. =)

Not stick on the surface, its screw on the lens. UV filter is usually to protect the lens and also block UV ligthing. Effect of UV just a bit, not much effect. There is few type of filter, which is ND, CPL & etc... But there is some others ppl will prefer naked, dont put any filter liked our bro JLOI here. Filter look like this, http://www.letsgodigital.org/images/artike...lens-filter.jpgI believe filter can get from some forumers here too.

QUOTE(sinner @ Feb 7 2012, 06:36 PM) thanks for the reply.. does this http://www.letsgodigital.org/images/artike...lens-filter.jpg considered UV filter? or we are talking about two kind of different filter? thanks! Bro, that is example how filter look like. You just need to go to the shop and told them you need filter. And get the brand & size of the filter you want. If dont know, just bring the lens to the shop and told them you want the filter for that lens.
