Try to send back to your reseller. It is possible to make a RMA. There were few successful RMA due to metallic surface faded. Im one of them.

Kinda funny that Steelseries support team replied me that im the first one who got this problem LOL.

the funny part is, i thought the surface was made of metal so it will not wore off like the rubber coating on Xai. mine is currently WIP aka Wearing In Progress.

Just wonder whether we can DIY to spray on the metallic part? lol..

SS is aware of the problem now...lets see what they do to fix this

xai also never bother to fix firmware issue and its been 2yrs already since, so they just go release sensei

if u like pack it inside ur bag without a mouse pouch then it will

Smart people like me sell it off after RMA and wait for the Kana. Lolol. I cannot bear another round of RMA for the Sensei as I am aware that the issue is quite common.

hellkeeper. i need help. bought siberia v2. having problems with the soundcard driver. why when im on skype, nth else has sound. how do i make my in game sound and skype be compatible? i cant hear music also when im on skype. i buffer youtube no sound lol.

paint is usually thinnest at the edges.
looks like not enough research done on the part of SS.

actualy this happens to all soundcards
me myself using skype trying to solve this also
but i did this instead
After ur call is online, restart any music programs..This usualy fix for me
Imma mess around with the skype see if there is any fix
What u running on? Win7 or ????
If its Win7 it should have a mixer for it which allow you to set different volume for different apps
