Its just a matter of copying the SD card contents to your SD card... or you can google the steps in getting a Launchpad and how to dl other software and maps for the Lokatoo unit... google "myjimon" (he have some tutorials on how to install) or "launchpad for lokatoo A1000i"...

Then I found Papago X8 (Papago ONE in actuality)... its super fast in map display (with smooth zooming) and exceptional re-routing speed...

its available .. just that its being disable in the ECU ..
2010 ECU ROM algorhythm has also been changed by mitsu.. so it is harder to trace..
prior 2010 ECU .. only 1 flick of the bit, from 0 -> 1 .. the Cruise control can be enable d .

It will be a little hard to use CC on a mt, you have to shift to the correct gear then Set the cruise speed. Any steeper slopes that require gear down will need to set again... Does pressing clutch disable the set speed, else u will get a bad jerk when engaging 4th gear with cc on.

Yes .. the lancer manual does said ..
for manual CC .. it will disenggage either u depress the brakes .. or the clutch .. both switch have to be replace if it were successfully enabled

Yep.. I dealt with bro jimon for the gps software.. For a price though.. Those he posts on his web are skeleton versions.. I paid for the full ver. and reversed researched to tweak according to my prefs.. Have yet to download the X8.. Couldn't find time to meet up with bro jimon either.. Z9 is enough for me now.. Hahaha!!

Anyway, for those who couldn't be bothered to tweak the thing, i can help for a meager fee tell me what background u want, where the icons should be etc,etc.. (to the extent that i've time to do:working like an ass) then i'll teach u how to tweak according to your pref.( its like share burden to procure the software...) pm lah.. Or.. Go ask bro jimon for his ver...

5 gps, games, microsoft office readers, adobe reader, notepad, speed meter.. Bla bla bla etc... The gps is important.. The others are just for stupid fun lah...

Actually our car is ready for CC. just need the clutch switch, brake switch and CC panel. but proton disable it in the ECU. there isnt any special module for it.

Im exploring the ECU setting files with Otromen. he has the tratix ECU reflasher which we have been messing up with his 1.8mt. i now need to compare 1.8 mt and 1.8cvt ecu setting as these two variance uses different speed sensor which might able to give us some clue which parameter to set to enable the cruise function

guys, when u start your car, will the door auto lock when you step on the brake or when you started to drive?

No, it will not auto lock when u step at the brake. But u can add this mod and its quite cheap.

The original tint is ok. If u add another layer, i think will kena saman by jpj cos too thick correct me if i m wrong. The door tint is 6mil and the windscreen is 4mil security tint, worth 2k+ by ecotint if i have not mistaken.

Where can I get the mod for auto lock when I hit on the breaks? Will it require alot of mod?

i think any shop that does car alarm provide this service. Its a simple mod by adding some wiring to the brake and to the alarm. i think it will not cost more than Rm100
