Maybe I'm just not used to the CVT 'feel'.

I'll go give it another try later.
Oh yeah, so far, after so many months of ownership, any problem with the Inspira?
At first i have problem with my aircon, power window, and suspension noise.
After 3 times claim warranty, my suspension noise reduced although have sometimes. my power window lining and aircon have been resolved after complaining to the manager. the rest all going well. satistfied with what i have.
carpet wise i changed because i dislike coil mat. add on the tweeters, strut bar, headlamp leveling switch, and double slide armrest for extra comfort.
BTW, CVT are not meant for performance use. It meant more to saving your fuel consumption, comfort, better gear ratio (150kmh at <3000rpm) and no gear jerking. You can always try the old honda city, inslight, toyota corolla, mitsubishi lancer, saga flx, and other CVT based car. I have tested these car before i bought my inspira.
