Nice laptop, but so disappointed with the screen resolution.

Looks like its not exactly a very impressive laptop...

Ultrabooks are good if you're looking for something extremely light
Otherwise, its better to go for normal notebooks and throw in a SSD instead

The upcoming Samsung Series 7 Chronos should destroy it. Only need Samsung to release it ASAP.

Thailand manufactures a lot of HDD... not sure about SSDs...
But SSD prices have always been expensive, price hikes will be more or less negligible to those who can afford them in the 1st place haha

Only HDDs were affected by the flooding. SSD prices are still the same if not decreasing ever so slightly.

We're not really sure about whether that new Y470 exists or not (i7-2670QM + GT555m)

y 470 never come with gt555m, only with gt550m
thats typo error on lenovo brochure and dealer pricelist..lenovo has amended it and inform dealer about it

just some of them didt admin the fault info, that they have given to end user.
