HP is well prepare for the incoming ultra war. Envy Spectre/SpectreXT for High end, Envy for mainstream, Pavilion sleekbook for low end.
Hybrid/convertible laptops with revolutionary designs also very tempting. i.e. Ideapad Yoga 13,  ThinkPad Twist, Asus Taichi, microsoft surface,
Dell XPS Duo 12, Sony Duo 11, Acer S7,  Samsung smart PC.  brows.gif
I doubt WINTEL can stop the PC shipment from declining as tablets are eating their market share.  laugh.gif

I agree... I'm not too fancy of glossy notebooks such as the Spectres, but the design sure is nice nod.gif
Same goes to the Envy lines, its very hard to tell that they are budget-line ultrabooks by the looks of them thumbup.gif

The Sony Duo 11 seemed to be pretty poorly reviewed by Laptopmag: http://www.laptopmag.com/reviews/laptops/s...aio-duo-11.aspx

As for the others, I'm not too sure as well lol, most of the newer devices are either too expensive, or are mainly laptops with touchscreen (with potential wobbly monitor problems) hmm.gif
Have to just wait and see I guess

That's what I think as well.
If Microsoft execute this well, it will provide cohesive user exp and eco system across smart phone, tablet, laptop / desktop. It's bold.
Consider this vs Apple OSX & iOS, Google Android & Chrome.
The trick of course is execution.
Anyway, competition is always good for consumers rclxms.gif

The design and build quality are different.
The S400 is slimmer, with the front end of the laptop tapering nod.gif

Thanks!
At Lowyat, they only had stock for Lenovo U310 and even then it was just a display unit at the Ultrabook section on Ground Floor.
No stock left. So I googled and they looked pretty similar.
Pictures can be so misleading!! cry.gif

U310 is a beauty. It looked like a Mac product and the promoter said it is.
He said they use the same material.
I thought that HP Envy was the best looking laptop until I saw the Lenovo U310.

So S400 uses a lesser quality material?

Anyway, I've seen ALOT of S400 in LYP, are you sure you have find thoroughly?
The Lenovo store at the 2nd floor alone already have 4 S400 units on display during that time hmm.gif

The S300 is fairly new so its not surprising if you can't find any at the moment nod.gif

Thanks man~
Pricelist updated notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Well, personally I think the XPS12 is not too overpriced, considering the specs and features, RM3899 is a pretty good price (take a look at them Fujitsus of the same price LOL)
But for me I'd prefer the XPS13 laugh.gif
