It depends on the notebook configuration,
For example, currently there are notebook with default Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional.

HP multimedia series quite a disappointment this year. They didn't bring to us the popular Pavilion DV6/DV4 with GT650M(GDDR5). shakehead.gif
If not, we will see a good competition with Y580/Y480 like what happen in China.
Look like they are more targeting the ultrabook market which will replace the traditional laptop eventually.

Why do some 15.6 inch laptops with numpad at the side and some don't?

I personally do use numbers a lot but I'd rather use a USB powered numpad and get a better lay out keyboard rather than a off centre trackpad and keyboard.

I know what you mean... Me too I don't know why HP store still shows as RM2499, but the fact is the price has been revised as per distributor's price list.

There is one online store which I can find it selling at 2299 now is thundermatch's online website.. Hope that helps.

N56Vz-S3088V, i5-3210M + Nvidia GT650M@RM2699[Bang&Olufsen], 4GB, 750GB, W7HP, subwoofer and backpack

N56VZ-S4079V, i7-3610QM + Nvidia GT650M + (1920 x 1080) + BluRay@RM3599[Bang&Olufsen], 4GB, 1TB, W7HP, subwoofer and backpack

The i5 variation doesn't come with Full HD right? Or both does?
And are they both 1920 x 1080? Or did you forgot to add that in the i5 variation?
