hi. im thinking of buying MacBook Air 13" 128gb..
Is it worth it?? or should i buy MacBook Pro instead.?? thanks
*
If you need a very light and portable laptop; and if you're only using the laptop for mere web surfing and normal office tasks, then the MBA 13 would be the better pick..
But if you don't mind the slightly heavier weight (MBP 13 is not exactly very heavy laugh.gif), then the MBP13 would be the better pick considering it has way better specifications nod.gif

for this price,this is consider good buy.you can always upgrade the ram and extended the warranty up to 3 years
*
that will cost about another 250... as 60+ for 4gb ram and 180+ for 2 years xtra.... im trying to negotiate to get either 1 or both upgrade for free biggrin.gif

ram can upgrade.. it's cheaper to upgrade through the shop you buy the laptop from... normally its additional RM50-70 for extra 4gb ram...

1 year warranty for hp... can extend... RM100-190 for additional 2 years warantty but it's offsite... it's called hp care pack... ask the shop you buy from to buy from them... otherwise get from hikari85... the hp care pack must purchase within 10 days and email to hp as well.. =D it'll be reflected through your laptop hp support assistant ( to see the warranty )... hmph i cant see your model in hp malaysia... please check whether if it's US model... coz if it's not available in malaysia range of model u cant get the extended local warranty...

if you wan beats headset... you can get dv6-6001tx @ RM3499 at harvey norman
[attachmentid=2580068]
or alternative is http://h20386.www2.hp.com/MalaysiaStore/ht...fy11#/home/dv-6 ( PC Deal 1 that comes with the headset )

overall i agree with marcus20125 that it's a good buy... based on the specs...
*
its not US set.. its malaysia... currently release to employee only... not public yet..... question is not a good buy or not, real question is worth to buy it now or wait for next-gen (previously i got centrino 1 and then cent 2 is out with more power efficient and blablabla, kinda regret biggrin.gif)

BTW, that deal is 6490 graphic card... its bad bad bad for me... i wanna use for gaming, especially diablo 3

Yes and no. But you definitely will have a problem if you discuss piracy in here. biggrin.gif

Honestly you don't need Windows 7 Ultimate. Home Premium is more than enough.
