still in mass effect mood lol.thinking of putting palaven in the background.but not so sure if i can pull it off properly
attempt in breaking out of my comfort zone i guess.

This looks pretty nice already Since this is a rough, and I'm not sure if you're going for a stylised look or something more realistic I can't comment much, except that you might want to tone down the saturation of some of the colours. Space skies in particular have a dark, very toned down indigo generally, unless the sky is on fire with laser blasts or nebulae

Also you should probably "tie" the elements in the painting together a little more by overlaying colours on top of each other. At the moment, Garrus looks somewhat two-dimensional, because all the separate elements of his appearance (painted metal vs leathery material, face plates vs armour) seem to be coloured using different tones of the same colour for each differently coloured bit Again, it's a rough, don't know if you're going for stylised or realistic, but if you're going for a realistic look, you have to be careful of how light and colour interact

honestly im struggling because its my first time painting a space setting (also armours)
actually im aiming for a traditional oil-like rough stroke in digital painting,not very realistic but those that you see a lot in game concept arts
i'll take your words and see what i'd come up for the next steps.thanks again for the comment.
