Install monitor driver from CD provided in the box or download from Samsung website.
go to Device Manager > Monitors > right click choose update driver software, browse to your driver

i have tried it but it say your generic pnp monitor are up do date
actually i forgot to mention it before sometime the resolution back to normal for no reason
as example i shut down comp today and when turn on back my pc the resolution back to normal
and then when i restart i back to the problem so i give me a headache to find what cause the problem

So far, I prefer 16:10 than 16:9, which one I should choose....
But U2412M do not has aspect ratio at 16:9, mean external device input will be stretch into 16:10 (weird)

Dell:
U2312HM - RM549
--> 16:9
--> has a better input lag

U2412M - RM749
--> 16:10
--> bigger area about 15.3% compare to 16:9
