i transfer save game to my memory card using uLaunchELF. the ar max i have is a copy, how can i make it work? last time i check they said codebreaker is not compatible with slim PS2. so what's what actually.. @@''

but if u use backup game lar, ori game u have to have modchip with on off features.

yup any chip can play online you just have to patch the back up game with dnas id CLICK HERE GUIDE MADE BY SNIPERSNAKE

but if you install crystal chip you don't need to patch dnas id because crystal chip have dnas auto bypass  only crystal chip can auto bypass .
I'm using crystal chip    if you want crystal chip pm eKai
one more thing your ps2 is scph-50006 ntsc/J you need to change your ps2 id use Console IDChanger to change to ntsc/uc if you want to play ntsc/uc game online

all mod chip can make ps2 play game from hdd
but if you want direct boot from hdd you can use matrix infinity for ori mod chip pm eKai
if you want make ps2 slim play hdd you can use hdloader/hdsadvance or usbadvance/usbextrem,
if you want to you hdloader you need to install hdcombo see my sign,
but if you want to use usbadvance you need usb to ide cable (but alot of game incopatible with usbadvance@usbextrem)

u can use codebreaker or armax to back up save game tu usb search this forum .
the other one is uLaunchELF or LaunchELF .

btw what do you use to backup your save file ??

p/s: if i use matrix infinity/crystal, do i still need to change my console ID?

may i know what is LaunchELF? i googled it and still not quite understand how it function... what i know is it can run ELF file in ps2... do i need to burn it to cd or save to pendrive? and do i need n/a or hdd to run this?

i recoomend getting the latest uLaunchelf. a lot of pendirve supported, even psp.

my sis's china made mp3 player + drive. i even tried to use my k750i SD card with an USB cable but that didn't work either. i've seen people managed to use an ipod like a HDloader so i tried all sorts of stupid stuffs. i think i shouldn't save that 50 bucks and get myself a real drive instead. may i know which brand you guys are using and it's working. thanks.
