Yes it's been remove for ps2 slim 14 & above (hardware)
for some game there is driver for mouse & keyboard .
that mean the driver on not in ps2 hardware but they now put on the game software. get it ?? you can find the driver on the game that support usb device.if i'm not mistaken the file name usb.irx. some homebrew include this file to make usb support.

means V14 and above no longer can use usb pendrive to back up game saves?

Someone mentioned it in other thread that its only for codebreaker pupose only. I dont know how much does its true since i dont own v14. Maybe u just can try it urself backing up ur savegame with either Codebreaker or ARMax(some said it has risk with it) or uLaunchELF.

but you use uLaunchELF to back save game . uLaunchELF is great homebrew

i tell you what i heard that someone will Cr@ck cobebreaker patch with usb.irx so v14 & above can use usb pendrive but i don't whether they want to share it or not

if yes , try to adjust your tv setting color to auto.

ya.. it maybe because of the color option on your tv set.

Normally when only black white appear on the screen, it's always cause by the setting support by the tv set that is either the PAL or NTSC... so in order to rectify this problem, try adjust the setting of your tv to AUTO (the easier way) or change to PAL or NTSC accordingly.

always random crashed
i don't know
i already send for service...and cost about RM80
but the problem still unsolved
then i send for 2nd time to the best shop in subang
that shop told me...my ps2 got no problem
the lens look ok
but how come still got crashed?
the weird thing always happen even play games nor watching dvd
after crash..then i go restart
sometime cannot boot...only the black screen appear and no sound
but then..i try to turn off the console...but still cannot boot
