@vincent09

I would suggest u to get a SATA burner to replace ur current burner or rom there...

it reduces all the ide cable folding here and there ...

further more you could slip those cables into the top drive bay area while ur burner at the second slot ...

this would make most of the cables looks invisible ..

in addition align ur rear fan power connector along the fan before connected to the mobo ...

Ya Doom, maybe i will get the Sata Burner soon because of my burner now start crazy, press it also don't come out. Still expensive now? tongue.gif
My burner now is stick on 3rd bay there, so those cable all is put at top there.

For my pc hardware spec >
Lian Li pc-60a
1 normal dvd burner
7900gs GC
2 Sata HDD
Acbel 450w power box
( Man, after buy the power box then i only know got some power box is with sleeve and can unplug, nice for cable management )

But mADmAN i feel your GC power cable quite long can turn and hiding at back. tongue.gif
I saw some of picture is showing that the Mobo power cable can fold in to L shape from mobo slot there like mADmAN but for me i feel can't because not so easy fold.

hmm basically u could go for Panasonic at RM139 or Pioneer at RM150 ...

It's consider cheap the length is shorter than older generation of burner ..

almost identical like DVD-Rom ...

U could always sleeve ur PSU or just do some custom cable with ur own wire color preference ....

@vincent09

my first suggestion,

since u only have 1 rom drive... move it to the top most of the case...so that ull have a nice big space to hide ur cables underneath it. but hide it oso have to be neat la....so make sure u cable tie ur cables to the rom cage like i did mine (only urs is on the inside of the cage, mine is on the outside).

for ur ATX cable, ur gonna have to route it nicely in the cage before it comes out to the mobo. same thing goes for ur GC power cable.

as for the rom drive...if u get a SATA burner...ur gonna have to find a sata cable long enough to reach the top of the cage. not sure if LYP got or not...

but if u get IDE burner, i strongly suggest a rounded IDE cable. easier to manage than flat ribbon cables unless ur ribbon cable is long enough to do a nice fold all the way til the top.

for ur rear fan...wrap the cable arount the fan as much as u can then only connect to the mobo. same goes for ur proc hsf...wrap it around the heatsink.

First of all, there's not easy way with hiding the cables within an acrylic case ... since it's fully transparent ...

unless u have a modular power supply ... futher more it's not practical to use acrylic case due to it's solidness ..

most of time it just can't withstand strong impact ...

a better advice is get another steel or aluminum case to replace the current case ...

cable management doesnt necessarily have to be all the cables hidden....its called cable management...not cable hiding.

just arrange ur cables so that it looks really neat. route them all together or something instead of letting them loose like that.

and doom does make a very good point.

btw, ur rear 80mm fan....wat fan is that?? allngap modded wan is it?

Sorry to interrupt.. tongue.gif

Maybe u can try to mod a bit your case by installing acrylic tint (tinted film).. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

You can try to put 60-70% black tint..

For me,it will a bit hide your interior case..

ITS JUST A SUGGESTION..

it means a power supply that has the flexibility of attaching and removing the require cable to run the system ..

well known brand such as Tagan, Silverstone and Corsair has such PSU ...

So it makes them messy + alot cable here and there.

Can tell me price average for the modular PSU ? Not too expensive lo doh.gif cause I planning change whole CPU soon.

Thanks
