hi icecube,

im quite interested on ur product here to apply in my vehicle, seems like it is a good product. anyway can u do some test so that to gain more confidence from ur future customer? just like what autofoam did, inject the foam into water bottle and let it cure up first, then mix with water to see whether the water will trap inside the foam. one thing im worry is this kind of foam is going to be permanent in our vehicle, if water can trap inside the foam, then our chassis gonna become rusty becuz water will splash into our undercarriage chassis when driving on wet or raining condition road. any fire prevention? i got heard of some foam easily caught fire im not sure about this. when i visit autofoam the boss did explained well to me bout this product but i don hav budget to go for it.

lastly i hope this is a well worth investment in my vehicle.

thanks and thumbs up for u.

very happening now!!!
thanks for the advice and willingness to come out for appointment. let me check with him whether he is ok, and come back to you later

by the way, foaming the A pillar is RM100? and for the under carriage, do u have to disambly any interior part of the car? how long is the process? 1.5 hour or the 6 hours for the persona u quoted is different story/

tq

This is my 2nd review for my 2nd car 'trans-foamed' by Kevin n his 'sifu' Josh. (2 of my cars foamed in less than 1 week, need i say more?)

This time it's my wife's Savvy. (btw Kevin, Savvy is spelled with 2 V-s). haha.

After foaming d Savvy yesterday, immediately noticed much less NVH on d way back! much more noticeable than my BLM on d 1st day!

In d evening, wifey, who knows nuts abt cars, drove it n when she's back, said excitedly: "hubby, my car feels different! it feels 'heavier'!!"

I smiled at her n explained: "The foam just weighs 1 or 2kg at most. It's d superior effect tat makes it feel this way, d more solid feel."

She agrees instantly and I know it's money well spent, AGAIN. =)

Thanks, Kevin, 'ka ki lang'!

Bro, your altis sound proofing is quite good already if only foaming the A pillar does not really do you much since your toyota is very solid and lots of hole are covered up with stopper to avoid wind noise unlike some other cars. biggrin.gif So, for your case, no need to foam the A pillar unless you want to improve handling and dont mind the slight tightness/stiffness of the car.

Its well worth your money. Dont worry. After so much reviews and test in my office on the demo foam you will soon understand why/how/where/who/what ... biggrin.gif

Regarding foam soaking up water, its water proof foam so it does not absorb water. no worries. But we will show you in our showroom there when you come over.

And fire prevention ? Do you know that the fuel tank does not have fire prevention and so does your cushion and all other plastic material in your car is not fire proof? The foam injected into the METAL chassis, thus the metal is sort of protecting the foam from outside world of fire/water/dirt/uv and so on. Basicly, its safer then carrying 40liters of flammable fluid in your fuel tank. biggrin.gif

I'll show you a fire test in my showroom if you really want to be sure that when you car caught fire is not become it came from the foaming. biggrin.gif Just ask me for a demo when you come by.

Your car's 5 years warranty does not cover your chassis. There is no warranty on your chassis given by any car manufacturer . They only cover your engine and if lucky your gearbox. Its written on the fine print of the warranty.
