Been a couple of days for me. I feel like I don't feel any difference in-term of cabin quietness. The handling, is slightly firmer if any but I can't tell if it's just a placebo. Definitely not significant.

Maybe too early to tell, will wait a few days more and report. Hopefully got to enjoy like you guys biggrin.gif

Are you the Waja owner with full Ultra Racing side, rear anti roll ,front lower 4point and front strut bar ?
You did mention the UR's bar is not significant also. Maybe you need to foam the whole car?

bro i got 2 Honda city friend interested smile.gif one coming to do with u soon.. i coming with him.. the other one waitin for review.. anyways..

Day 4 on foaming

PROS

Ride comfort has improved alot! my car now feels very solid and stable going over bumps and uneven roads or even pot holes. My car now feels planted on the road when travelling at highspeed. Tyre noise is 80% gone but now i can hear wind noise only sad.gif damnnnn...ahhaha..

Braking- Tested 100kmph-0kmph emergency brake today. My car didnt sink forward as much like it used to last time.

Cornering and Overtaking- Now after 4 days of curing.. my car is very stable at cornering.. i also feel more confident and safe when overtaking cars at highspeed.

CONS:
AIYO NOW I TAKE CORNERING VERY FAST LA.. tyre botak faster.. HAHA

oh yeah..just wanna say..A MOD THAT EVERYONE SHOULD DO BECAUSE IT REALLY WORKS!

cheers biggrin.gif

80% gone? Wah like this I'm so jealous. It's almost 2AM now, I was driving on MRR2 just now for a test ride. I don't feel it yet. Maybe one day we go TT and test your car and see biggrin.gif

Wind noise, go meet Kelvin and do A-pillar biggrin.gif

I see, maybe the car is so new that you are not used to it yet, if not mistaken, your ride is 4 months old right?

Yup, but clocked like 5500KM already. Is it normal, the foam that ooze out from the chassis, can be simply break? Inside one mixed with water and it's harder?

I think you are not used to the car condition since its brand new car, thus someone did mention that its best to drive your new car until you are very familiar with all the noise/wind noise before foaming it. Else, its like drinking water when you are not thirsty.

I drive from KL to Sungai Petani, a stretch over 450KM, I know how noisy it is and been complaining and admiring how quiet Chevy Cruze is (test drive car). I'm sure I can notice that. smile.gif

(upgrade from myvi ma) haha so now at 20k mileage the tyres old d and DAMMM noisy.. kumho tyres very noise after 15k.. my salesman also told me once.. he said do soundproofing after 15k mileage as you will hear the diff when yr car gets older..  blush.gif

LOL. I'm used to test drive many cars, and when I was in Dubai before coming back to KL to get my new car, I was riding in Lexus etc. tongue.gif So Forte is super duper noisy for me.

On the other hand, virtually all of our competitors actually utilize Construction foam, which is not only meant for a different application or environment, but for a totally different industry.
Now this makes me worry.

Thanks bro for helping out as i dont have a garmin gps. biggrin.gif Wah, the name underground is nasty man. Should call it Underground Chassis Foam. LOL~
You foam already not to worry. Just marketing only. Eg. Would NASA space shuttles' foam/sound insulation be use in automotive is better grade compare to only automotive grade ?
Its all marketing. Please check out at technical section there regarding this. biggrin.gif I think one member posted a very detailed information there.
Its all just marketing talks.
