go with ragemod if you wanna have more things to play with in setcpu..
its based on speedmod, with added function of UV

Day1 with this kernal, unplugged @ 7:30AM today, phone is still left with 55% now..
Data on, Exchange push mail on, hotmail push on, launcherpro facebook sync every 5 minutes. surfing and reading on and off..

Left with 30% now...20 more minutes to 13 hours.. I'm running this@1.2 ghz without any uc..

I've found stable undervolt-voltages for my phone. Do these voltages work for all kernels or do I have to test again for each kernel I flash to?

And are there any ways to backup touchwiz app arrangements?

what phone are you using now? have you used a smartphone before? 2 days is abit over to ask for, 1 day is still logical, it can last you two days if you only if you barely use it. this is pretty normal actually.

how do you usually use your phone each day?
based on the arc, then you should have at least 2 days or even better than the arc
since you used arc, you should know very well about how battery is consumed, the sgs2 uses a dual core 1.2ghz, instead of a 1ghz single core, if you dont monitor your phone well, one stupid app and your battery will drain like crazy.

I'm using Tasker to do the same thing: data off when screen off, data on and autosync every 20 minutes. It's faster and lighter, and unlike JD it doesn't drain as much as it saves lol. Only drawback is, tasker can't suspend data off if you have streaming apps using data in the bg (they get cut off too).

Only app I'm using for streaming is DI Radio anyway, so I get by with an ugly, ugly hack involving the headphone jack (data off is suspended if the hp jack is used, with other ugly hacks for internal music apps). But ultimately, this isn't optimal.

Also, tasker is a PITA to set up lol.

But, no matter what I try, I'm always drawn back to my tasker configs for data management purposes. Prolly because I'm also using it for other things (set diff screen timeout when on charger, WIFI on by my home cell ID, wierd stuff like that).
